Dedicated Dietetic Team in Buderim

Dr Megan Bray, an Accredited Practising Dietitian and our Dietetic Director, focuses on translating complex nutrition science into practical strategies that enhance everyday life. Her areas of focus include eating disorders, mental health nutrition, neurodivergence, paediatric nutrition, sports dietetics and women’s health, including fertility, pregnancy, the postpartum period, menopause and nutrition for conditions like PCOS and Endometriosis. Megan completed her PhD at the University of Queensland, researching how health professionals can work together to improve outpatient eating disorder care.

Alongside Megan, our dietitians work across these areas and share the same non-diet, weight-inclusive approach guided by Health at Every Size® principles. Rather than prescribing strict diets, we focus on behaviours that support your physical and mental well-being and help you build a calmer, more flexible relationship with food.

We work with people of all ages, from children and teens through to adults. For families, that might mean support with selective or fussy eating, nutrition for growth and development, and the everyday stress that can come with mealtimes at home.

Our care is neuro-affirming. We support people with ADHD, Autism and sensory sensitivities to find ways of eating that respect their preferences, support needs and how they experience food.

We also offer nutrition support across the perinatal journey, from fertility and pregnancy through to the postpartum period.

For people participating in sport or exercise, we offer practical strategies to support fuelling, recovery and performance while maintaining a flexible relationship with food.

Seeing a Dietitian Buderim locals trust is about much more than a meal plan. Your first session is a conversation about your history, your goals and what matters to you. From there, we work together on realistic, evidence-based strategies that support your health and quality of life, and adjust them as your needs change.
