At Collective Health Co, we believe in transparency when it comes to our fees and session fee policy. We want to ensure that all our clients have a clear understanding of how our payment process works. Standard Fees

Clinical Psychologist / Directors

$235 per session

General Psychologist

$205 per session

Student Psychologist

$190 per session

Principal Dietitian

$175 per session

Senior Dietitian

$165 per session

Insurance Acceptance

We accept private health insurance for all services. It’s advisable to check with your individual insurance provider to determine the level of cover you will receive.

Rebates for Services

If you are referred under Medicare’s Mental Health Care Plan, Eating Disorder Treatment Plan, or a Chronic Disease Management Plan, you may be eligible for rebates. Feel free to reach out to our administration staff for further information regarding rebate details.

Payment Methods

Fees are paid via EFTPOS on the day of the appointment. Amex is not accepted. For telehealth appointments, we process these payments the morning of your appointment and any Medicare rebates are processed following your appointment as per Medicare Guidelines.

We require all clients to supply credit or debit card details, which are stored securely in our practice management system. The card will only be charged on the day of your appointment, and only if you opt to use it for payment. Missed appointments, cancellations or reschedules within 2 business days will also result in a charge via credit or debit card as per our Session Fee Policy.

Session Fee Policy

Our Session Fee Policy is designed to support consistency in treatment and contribute to positive treatment outcomes. Here’s a summary:

  • If you cancel or reschedule at least 2 business days (48 business hours) prior to your appointment, your session fee will be fully refunded or held for your rescheduled appointment.
  • If you cancel or reschedule within 2 business days (48 business hours) of your appointment, the session fee is non-refundable.
