Resources for People Living with an Eating Disorder
Support Services
We appreciate how challenging eating disorder treatment can be and we want to commend you in taking the first step by looking into your treatment options. With the support of a psychologist and multidisciplinary team, recovery is absolutely possible. Along with the help of your psychologist you will select a treatment modality that will work to tackle the symptoms of the eating disorder and address the factors that continue to maintain it. In addition to your work with one of our psychologists, we’d like to give you some additional resources to help you in your journey toward recovery.

It can seem confusing, illogical and irrational sometimes, almost as though it’s an uphill battle, but please know that everything you do makes a difference. Recovery is much more challenging without the love and support of friends and families. Your role is vitally important.
